Rhodium on behalf of our reputable client in the communication sector, we are looking for a dedicated HR and Admin Executive to join the HR team. The HR and Admin Executive will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the human resources as well as admin functions and duties. 
RESPONSIBILITIES 

Assist with providing answers to routine HR queries and follow up with staff on planning and prompt submission of leave forms, time sheets, travel plans, work plans, etc.
Follow-up on routine staff medical issues with the Insurance Company i.e. registration forms, medical examinations, medical cards for new members, cancellations and medical reports etc.
Participate in the initial disciplinary, hiring, and termination meetings.
Maintain all personnel files and ensure full and up-to-date documentation including ensuring confidentiality and security.
Assist in ensuring that administrative records are kept updated, prequalified supplier list and contact details, staff contact lists, etc.
Assist in coordinating repairs with appropriate vendors, such as, plumbing, electrical, furniture, and building property management.
Follow up and collecting of receipts after payments is done, Follow up on registration and renewal of certificates, business licenses etc.
Assist in administration duties when the Admin Executive is not around i.e assist whenever staff falls sick while at work. 

REQUIREMENTS 

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business related degree.
0-2 years experience. 
Should be proficient in Microsoft Office skills. 
Excellent oral and written communication skills. 
Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information. 
Well conversant with the labor laws.
