HR and Administration Manager
Job Summary
The HR and Administration Manager is responsible for leading and managing other team members of the company, ensuring compliance of labour laws, formulation and implementation of the human resources strategy in line with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Handling the disciplinary process in line with the employment & labour relations act of Tanzania
Co-ordinate staff training and maintain proper training records
Manage employee attendance, absences and leave records.
Working closely with the HODS & Senior Managers to formulate the company's human resources strategy in line with the company's strategic objectives.
Ensuring compliance with legal, contractual or statutory procedures on personnel management such as recruitment, retirement, redundancies, disciplinary process, welfare benefits, training needs, pensions, performance appraisals and employment contracts.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a field related to Human Resources or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years similar experience within a HR & Admin function.
Knowledge of Tanzania employment & labour relations act is a pre-requisite
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a pre-requisite
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Kiswahili is essential.
Fluency in other languages would be an advantage
