Be Our Compliance Guardian: Ensure we not only meet but exceed standards for labor laws, donor requirements, and internal policies, all with transparency and integrity.
Empower Our People: Lead staff welfare initiatives and be the go-to person for building positive staff relations.

You’re the Perfect Fit If You Have

A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is a bonus!).
7+ years of progressive HR and Admin experience, with at least 3 in a supervisory role.
A proven track record in managing procurement and IT functions.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and a passion for compliance.
Stellar leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A proactive, “can-do” attitude and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with a smile.
