HR AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTINDUSTRY: MANUFACTURINGLOCATION: PWANIHR World on behalf of our reputable client we are looking for a HR and Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks within the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES;

Provide all recruitment administration support
Ensure all criminal record checks are carried out fully and in a timely manner
Provide HR support and advice to employees and HODS, explaining policies and procedures in a timely and effective manner
Handle health and safety processes and queries
Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures
Contribute to HR projects such as introducing a new induction programme
Administer the performance management system
Provide data for and prepare management information report
Maintain and develop the personnel filing system
Provide support in investigations for disciplinary and grievance procedures
Administer sound work safety and housekeeping
Manage and maintain record of statutory Licenses and Permits
Implement management guidelines with regards to employees
Administer and Implement Disciplinary Code of Conduct

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management
Previous Administrative or HR assistant experience of at least 1 year is preferred.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a must
