Key Responsibilities 

Coordinating planning and implementation of HR forecasts 
Ensuring that all job positions in the Company have an updated job description 
Facilitating recruitments and deployments 
Handling payroll process 
Participating in salary and benefits surveys 
Coordinating Talent Management process 
Taking leadership in all HR operations activities 
Handling industrial relations matters 
Handling immigration issues 
Maintaining HR records pertaining to HR operations (not relating to training and learning) 
Undertaking assignments assigned by Head, Human Resources

Academic qualifications 
Essential 

Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Education or Social Sciences.

Work Experience and Skills 

At least 2 years working in the same role in a reputable Company 
Microsoft Office 
Report Writing skills 
Analytical skills 
Detail-oriented 
Problem-solving skills 
Team player 
Good time-management skills  
Great interpersonal and communication skills
