HR Assistant - Automotive Industry

HR World Limited, on behalf of our client in the AUTOMOTIVE industry, is seeking to recruit a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior HR professional to support day-to-day human resource operations, maintain employee records, and assist in various recruitment and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain and meticulously update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in the seamless onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Prepare essential HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and various reports.
Support payroll preparation by compiling and verifying accurate employee data.
Assist in tracking employee attendance, leave requests, and performance records.
Ensure proper filing and organized documentation of all HR-related records.
Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries, providing basic HR support.
Assist in the implementation and adherence to HR policies and procedures.
Support the organization and execution of training and development activities.
Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.


Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in HR or administrative roles.
A basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws is considered an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and uphold professionalism in all interactions.
A strong willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
