OVERVIEW
DTB Tanzania is expanding its horizons by opening a branch in Singida around October 2019 and a second branch in Zanzibar thereafter. This is a unique opportunity for candidates with the required qualifications to apply for the following positions at DTB Tanzania.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree or Diploma in relevant field
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Information
Maintain HRIS database, staff loans report and generate requested reports
Compensation Benefits Policy & Procedures
Implement and administer compensation and benefits policies and/or programmes within guidelines and establishes best practices
Employee and Salary Administration
Register and process employee and salary information and details to the employee- and salary database, to ensure the availability of complete and up to date employee information at any time.
EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
At least one year of relevant hands-on experience handling administrative duties in a commercial/financial or banking industry
Knowledge of HR practices
