HR OFFICERHR WORLD on behalf of our reputable client we're looking for a qualified and experienced Human Resources Officer who will manage day to day running of the HR activities in the organization at Lutheran Church(ELCT) in Dar es Salaam.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Development, implementation, and adherence to all human resource policies and procedures
Maintain the work structure by updating all job descriptions and position changes as necessary
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Assess staff training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Works with leadership to develop and maintain a pay plan by conducting regular compensation
Develop a simplified filling system of personnel records.
Support the full employee cycle of recruitment, induction and exit
. Place adverts for recruitment,
Contact shortlisted candidates, arrange interviews and conduct background checks.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in Human Resources
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
