Job Purpose
HR, Operations & Administration Officer is responsible for providing advice, consultation and facilitation on a comprehensive range of HR, Operational and Administrative issues.
Job Qualifications / Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Human resource management, management or related field
Minimum of 2+ years experience in Human resource management, operations and administration.
Strong organizational skills and management experience
Basic knowledge of labor legislation
Ability to meet deadlines and keen attention to detail Flexible, reliable, adaptable, responsible, and team oriented
Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems)
Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills Excellent oral & written presentation skills in English and Swahili
Experience managing staff with diverse backgrounds
Ability to communicate effectively across a range of seniority levels.
The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
