POSITION: Human Resource Manager
INDUSTRY: Manufacturing
REPORTS TO: Human Resource Director
JOB LOCATION: Out of Dar es Salaam
JOB PURPOSE
Human Resource Manager is responsible to manage the Human Resource function and ensure employee optimum efficiency in line with the organization's Human Resources Policies and Objectives
PREFERRED EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or similar
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE
Appointment and retention of Human Capital
Performance Management and Reward Management
Training and Development
SAP system, Sage 300 People system, ECMT system
Full comprehension of the Tanzanian Employment and Labour Laws and Acts Computer (Microsoft packages)
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 6 years experience in Human Resource Management including Industrial Relations and allied functions in the manufacturing Industry or similar
Must have work experience as an HR Manager or HRBP
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages the Human Resource Department's personnel and resources, ensuring that the Business receives efficient and effective HR services and support
Administers job collective action, oversees industrial relations, and promotes a pleasant work environment
Plans and ensures the appointment and retention of the necessary skilled manpower
