We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
Responsibilities
Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
Identify the need for employee training and development, and facilitate and coordinate such programs so as to support employee growth and career development
Prepare/supervise the preparation of payrolls and coordinating remittances of the same, administering statutory payments and submitting payment reports and budgets for payments
Coordinate with all departments to ensure that both state and company laws, regulations, and policies are adhered to
Manage all employee related matters in accordance with the company and state provision, where necessary, in coordination with the departmental heads, eg dispute resolutions, disciplinary actions, etc
Requirements
Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource; Legal Background is an added advantage (Civil/Corporate)
Minimum 5 years Experience in the logistics industry
