HUMAN RESOUCES BUSINESS PARTNERHR World Limited on behalf of our reputable client we’re looking for a HR Business Partner to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business..
Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.
Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
Structuring compensation and benefit packages.
Managing staff wellness initiatives.
Improving relations between staff and employers.
Evaluating staffing needs.
Overseeing recruitment efforts.
Managing and allocating HR funds.
Engaging with heads of department.
QUALIFICATIONS;
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, or related field required.
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Human Resources
Well organized with demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced, high volume environment.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
