Job Qualifications/Experience
Bachelor's Degree in HR Management OR a Business Related Field
Master's degree in Management OR a Business Related field is an added advantage
Professional qualifications such in HR General or a specific area of HR
Minimum 5 years of work experience
Proven work experience as an HR business partner
Excellent people management skills
Analytical and goal oriented
Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
