HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGERINDUSTRY: PHARMACEUTICALOn behalf of our reputable client HR World Limited is looking for a Human Resources Manager to monitor, control and handle the HR related functions for multiple companies in the group
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
Handling the Government agencies i.e. OSHA, FIRE, and MUNICIPAL for various inspections, certificates, and related Compliances,
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
Advice the management and guide on any sensitive issues related to employees for taking appropriate decisions, hands-on knowledge, and experience to handle the legal cases, court matters, CMA, etc.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
QUALIFICATIONS;
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any other related field.
A minimum of 6 years of working experience with a reputed Trading/ manufacturing company in Tanzania.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
