Overview
Karanga Leather Industries Company Limited (KLICL) was established in June, 2017 for the purpose of developing and operationalization of the leather industry at Karanga Area, in Moshi Municipality, Kilimanjaro Region. The Company is jointly owned by PPF Pensions Fund and Prisons Corporation Sole (PCS). The Company intends to hire qualified people to all the following vacant positions in the organization structure;
POSITION: HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER (1 POSITION)
REPORT TO: FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in conducting an induction program for new employees
Assist in attending industrial relation issues
Assist in processing leave requests
Assist in organizing training session, workshops and activities
Participation in developing and maintaining inventory records and files with a view to establishing management information system
Assisting in managing an effective staff welfare system
Assist in the advisory role of queries of HR matters
Assist on HIV/AIDS workplace program
Facilitate talents review, mapping, and secession planning to ensure organisational staffing needs are well addresses
Assist in monitoring performance management process
Assist in the management of Human Resources Information System
Assist in leadership development and change management
Assist in the organization of culture change programs
Assist to facilitate and contribute to the implementation of HR projects as part of HR team
To carry out any other lawful work related duties as assigned by supervisor

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or any related field, A postgraduate qualification in Human Resources Management will be an added advantage
At least three years of working experience with a recognized organization in a relevant field
WORK STATION:
Duty station will be in Moshi Municipality, Kilimanjaro Region
