Mohammed Enterprises Tanzania Limited is looking to recruit a candidate to fill in the position of Human Resources Officer Agriculture division at Dindira Tea Estate in Tanga, Tanzania
Responsibilities
Maintain employees' files attendance and records and other HR matters concerning employees.
Handle disciplinary matter including attending to CMA
Maintaining and updating payroll software.
Facilitate implementation of HR policies and procedures as per the company, labor law, and CBA.
Maintain communication between company and trade union, government officials and other stakeholders.
Handle statutory payment to be remitted on time and to be always up to date.
Prepare and submit required reports.
NB: Experience in Agriculture to be an added advantage.
