HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICERLOCATION: MAFINGAHR World Limited on behalf of our reputable client we are looking for a Human Resource Officer who will be responsible for ensuring that a workforce is able to perform optimally, ensuring that there sufficient people are recruited, retained, trained and supported to fulfill the organization’s goals and commitments
RESPONSIBILITIES;
Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
Monitoring employee performance.
Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
Good understanding of government compliance and regulations.
REQUIREMENTS;
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources
A good understanding of the Tanzania Labor laws
Experience with HRIS and BSCI audit.
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
