Job Overview
DCB Commercial Bank PLC is seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced ICT Risk Officer. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the bank's information security, business continuity, and data protection frameworks are robustly implemented, effectively monitored, and fully compliant with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive ICT risk and information security policies, including Business Continuity Management (BCM), Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs), and associated frameworks.
Oversee cybersecurity monitoring and incident management processes, encompassing vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and diligent review of event/incident logs.
Drive customer retention by maximizing benefits through cross-selling relevant DCB products within the segment, including our innovative digital offerings.
Manage user access and privileged accounts across all applications, servers, and databases, ensuring stringent controls are in place.
Ensure strict adherence to the Personal Data Protection Act and all relevant regulatory requirements, including prompt reporting of violations and maintaining registration as a Data Controller/Processor.
Conduct essential staff training and awareness programs on cybersecurity best practices, ICT risks, and data protection protocols.
Perform thorough security and resilience risk assessments for all new projects, systems, and business units.
Coordinate the timely closure of audit and regulatory findings, ensuring issues are effectively resolved and recurrence is prevented.
Act as the primary liaison with regulators and external agencies on matters pertaining to ICT risk and compliance, as well as with normal users.


Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field from a recognized academic institution.
Professional qualifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISM would be considered a significant advantage.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working in a highly automated environment.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite of tools.
