This internship programme is specifically designed to provide young graduates with practical workplace experience, professional mentorship, and opportunities to enhance their skills and competencies.1. ICT Technician (2 posts)1.1 Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo assist in the repair and maintenance of computers and audio-visual equipment;To assist in ensuring that computers are in good working condition in computer laboratories;To provide basic ICT assistance and technical support to end users;To assist students during their practical sessions in the laboratories under supervision;To carry out specified routine technical tasks as guided by the supervisor;To perform any other relevant learning duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.1.2 Qualification Holder of a Diploma (NTA Level 6) in Computer Science from a recognized institution.General Conditions / GuidelinesNationalityAll applicants must be citizens of the United Republic of Tanzania.Age LimitApplicants must be between 18 and 45 years of age at the time of application.Application CompletenessApplicants must attach a signed application letter indicating the internship position applied for, together with their recent passport size photograph and an up-to-date Curriculum Vitae (CV) containing reliable contact details, including postal address, email address, and telephone number(s).Academic DocumentationAll applicants must attach certified copies of their academic certificates, academic transcripts, Form IV/Form VI certificates, and birth certificate.Result Slips/TranscriptsResult slips, testimonials, and partial transcripts will NOT be accepted.Foreign CertificatesApplicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure that their certificates are verified and evaluated by the relevant authorities (TCU or NECTA, as applicable).N.B.: This is an internship placement programme aimed at skills enhancement.
