Job Qualifications / Experience
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or similar field
2 years' experience working at a call centre
Must have an inbound and outbound call centre experience
Verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of sales principles and methods Active listening and paying attention to details
Problem-Solving skills
Telephone and data entry skills
Documentation /report writing skills Good computer skills
