About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Industrial Floor Manager to join our team at Said Salim Bakhresa & Co. Ltd (SSB). The role is responsible for overseeing daily production floor activities and coordinating with the Sales/Marketing team to ensure production aligns with market demand.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee production floor operations to meet output, quality, and safety standards.
Coordinate production planning with Marketing/Sales to align output with customer demand.
Monitor production performance, downtime, and wastage, and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with Operations team to ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.
Prepare daily and periodic production and coordination reports.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing or wheat milling operations.
Proven experience in production supervision and cross-functional coordination.
Key Competencies
Strong production planning and coordination skills.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
