Infrastructure & Quality Assurance Manager
Wananchi Group Tanzania (SimbaNET (T) & Wananchi Cable Tanzania Ltd), a regional company providing internet, data, broadcasting, and multimedia communication solutions, seeks an Infrastructure & Quality Assurance Manager.
Responsibilities
Oversee infrastructure fieldwork, design, planning, construction, expansion, rollout, optimization, and timely proactive maintenance, adhering strictly to turnaround times (TAT) and service level agreements (SLAs).
Collaborate with Customer Experience (CE) and Commercial teams for timely retention, expansion, and network optimization to meet business expectations and growth.
Champion quality control (QC), ensuring subscriber installation, subscriber maintenance, and network maintenance are implemented efficiently and adhere strictly to TAT and SLAs.
Experience
5+ years of relevant field experience with excellent communication skills.
Hands-on experience and familiarity with the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of outside plant and FTTx networks, with a focus on FTTH.
Excellent team management and leadership skills.
Qualifications
BSc. Telecom Engineering.
Certified Fiber Optic Technician (CFOT) and Certified Fiber Optic Design Specialist (CFOD/S).
