To strengthen our growing Integrated Solutions -Technical Operations Department, we are recruiting for Integrated Solutions Operations Technical Manager in our IS- Technical Department, to be based at Head Quarters in Dar es salaam, Tanzania.
The incumbent will join the strong & busy IS Technical team responsible for maintaining efficient and accurate business functions. The duties that include but are not limited to: -
Effective management of the technology contract financial performance- Manage profitability of contracts with a focus on maintenance, sustainability, cost effectiveness and labour.
Effective management of staff- effective organization, development, and leadership.
Effective management of operations - Managing the Maintenance/Project process flow and activities that have a direct/indirect impact on the outcome and success of contract.
Effective management of business development function and this includes new business development and competitors’ evaluations.

Minimum Qualifications and experience
Formal Security Management Training advantageous
Electronic Security Services Management (3yrs – Management or similar)
Extensive experience w.r.t. implementation of the following systems:
CCTV
Access Control
Intruder Detection
Fire Detection
Fire Suppression
Experience in Sales of Corporate (Large) Projects
Control Room Service experience
Financial Management relative to Security Industry
Good conceptual interpretation and presentation of Financial and Operational Reports to Executive Management.
Software Knowledge Level
Broad knowledge of Time and Attendance.
Broad knowledge of Access Control.
Broad knowledge of CCTV
Strong knowledge base on communication protocols i.e. TCP/IP.
Basic Computer literacy and proficiency.
