We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Auditor Manager to join our team at MKOMBOZI COMMERCIAL BANK. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our financial operations.
Responsibilities:
Lead in carrying out periodic internal audits on financial matters.
Follow up on the progress of implementation of recommendation and directions of the Board of Directors.
Appraise the quality of performance.
Prepare annual audit plans
Review the adequacy of the audit programmes.
Ascertain the extent of compliance with established policies, plans and procedures.
Coordinate evaluation of internal controls and risk management.
Coordinate review of audit procedures and working papers.
Follow up replies in internal and external audit queries.
Effectively supervise and guide members of staff reporting on the position.
Undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
