POSITION: Internal Controls Coordinator

JOB LOCATION: Morogoro
JOB PURPOSE
The job provides independent and objective assurance, evaluations, analyses and appraisals designed to add value and improve the company's operations and effectiveness of governance and risk management processes and internal controls environment. And to ensure that general ledger account balances reflect operations carried by the company and its financial position
PREFERRED EDUCATION
Bachelors in Accounting/Commerce/CPA or equivalent
Member of the NBAA, ACCA
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE
Integrity of data on all systems interfacing with the general ledger and to ensure that all the systems interface are reconciled in a timely and efficient manner.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Ability to manage teams, written and verbal communication.
Inter-personal skills
Ability to plan and organize the function 6 months to 1 year ahead organization focused on pediatric neurology, rehabilitation, or special needs care Ability to manage change and innovate
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plans financial, regulatory, compliance or operational reviews annually, conducts risk assessment and identifies controls in place to mitigate the identified risks.
Reviews production transportation procedure (Short and Long Haul) annually and recommends to the management on the following processes.
Prepares the basic company secretarial documents, organizes board meetings with relevant documentation for company, and company secretarial procedures.
