Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Programming languages: Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Python, Node.js, PHP, and JavaScript.
API support: Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining RESTful and SOAP APIs.
Database management: Knowledge of SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) databases.
Operating system: Knowledge and experience working with Linux operating systems.
Work experience
Experience: Over 1 year of professional experience in software development or software support.
Project management: Ability to support multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.
Collaboration: Proven experience working in cross-functional teams and contributing to collaborative projects.
Soft skills
Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
