Qualifications
A degree in Law or a relevant field (or equivalent) is required, along with certifications and membership in professional organizations (e.g. School of Law).

Responsibilities
Legal Advisory Services
Provide legal advice to ensure compliance with laws, analyze risks, and propose solutions to minimize liabilities.
Contract Management
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure alignment with company policies and statutory requirements.
Compliance and Regulatory Oversight
Monitor regulatory changes, advise management, and ensure compliance with legal obligations.
Litigation and Dispute Resolution
Represent the organization in legal proceedings and manage external counsel for litigation matters.
Corporate Governance
Support the board and senior management in governance matters and ensure timely submission of statutory documents.
