Responsibilities

Contract Management

Compliance and Regulatory Oversight

Monitor regulatory changes, advise management, and ensure compliance with legal obligations.

Litigation and Dispute Resolution

Represent the organization in legal proceedings and manage external counsel for litigation matters.

Corporate Governance

Support the board and senior management in governance matters and ensure timely submission of statutory documents.
