LIFTING ENGINEERHR WORLD on behalf of our reputable client we are looking for a Lifting Engineer who will be responsible for managing day to day lifting operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
Be responsible for managing day-to-day lifting operations for the project.
Plan, organize, supervise, and liaise closely with sub-contractors and operation teams on all ongoing lifting activities
Writing of Method Statement and Risk Assessment for all lifting activities.
Prepare of lifting plans and lifting permits.
To coordinate and oversee all lifting operations within the work site ensuring compliance with Regulations & project's HSE procedures.
To conduct & record daily briefings.
To verify all lifting plans to ensure lifting operation will be carried out safely.
Conduct routine checks and inspections of works on site to ensure compliance with authorities' and client's requirements
QUALIFICATIONS;
Degree in Civil Engineering or any other related field.
4 years of relevant work experience in the construction industry
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication skills
