With 28 operational branches in Tanzania, DTB Tanzania is now looking for capable individuals who have the required qualifications to fill the following
LOAN RECOVERY OFFICER
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree preferably in banking.
Law degree or certification is an additional qualification
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop implement of strategies on recovery- both in general and also on a borrower wise basis.
Close follow up with defaulting Customers by visiting their business/ residences, telephone calls, emails and recovery over dues from them. Coordinate With Management Credit Committee/ Corporate Banking for taking effective recovery actions.
EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
Previous experience of managing recoveries.
Good knowledge of the legal system, laws regarding recoveries of bad loans and enforcement of security.
Ability to persist With recovery efforts and effectively recover the dues.
