Lodge Manager – Chem Chem Safari
For one of our award-winning Safari Lodges, we are seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager for an intimate safari Lodge. This role combines high-end hospitality leadership with authentic safari experiences.
Chem Chem Safari is located in a private wildlife concession between Tarangire and Lake Manyara national parks. We offer a stimulating and beautiful work environment with room for individual growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lodge operations management
Guest experience and personal hosting
Staff development
Commercial oversight
Required Qualifications:
Proven East African luxury safari lodge management experience
Exceptional guest relations skills
Fluent English
