LOGISTICS COORDINATORINDUSTRY: AUTOMOTIVEHR World on behalf of our reputable client we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to ensure smooth warehouse operations & effective transportation system and manage all outstanding parts shipments are timely received.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure all organisation importation & exportation and clearance related issues are performed for attainment of organization’s goals.
Ensure Final documents are lodged promptly with the Clearing Agent to facilitate clearing.
Work with the Parts admin in tracking and expediting clearing and dispatch of emergency machine down shipments.
Constantly costing charges for prime products.
Ensure all final documents are forwarded to clearing agents for prompt clearing and delivery.
Handle all organisation parts imports and exports.
Required to produce the following reports;
Airfreight & Sea freight Clearance lead time
Duty payments processing report
IBT lead-time report
Quarterly Rent/storage/Demurrage report
BU monthly report
Monitor taxes and levies payable and capture same on Shipment Cost Report.
Ensure bills from service providers are processed and submitted to the Logistics Manager for approval.
Liaise with all relevant Inspection Companies and Government Agencies for prompt issuance of Certificates of Conformity and Chemical permits.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management
Knowledge and experience of managing people / Suppliers, Warehouse Operations & Tanzania Import and Export rules and regulations.
4-5 years of experience in a Automotive field
Registered procurement and supplies professionals and Technicians Board is a MUST
Should be excellent on Excel/Caterpillar/Mechanical/Electrical MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project and Access
