LOGISTICS MANAGERINDUSTRY – MANUFACTURING (FMCG)HR World on behalf of our reputable client we are looking for a Logistics Manager who will be responsible for cost-effective and timely handling of Logistics and maintenance of the companys' fleet.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
Planning daily Operations by coordinating with other departments the requirements of the vehicle.
Planning of Weekly Drivers shift rooster
Daily Tracking of vehicles and submission of report
Handling vehicle maintenance and repair for inhouse and Offsite Jobs
Submit reports in accordance with company guidelines
Assign duties to Drivers
Authorizing and monitoring fuel consumption
Maintaining and follow up of vehicle checklist
Supervising, Planning, and monitoring Company Mechanic on the tasks assigned within the workshop
Ensure minimized downtime for all the vehicles
Preventive maintenance for the fleet
Timely requestion for purchase of all spare parts
Implement measures to reduce operational cost of the fleet
Do random checks (once a week) on vehicles for documents and cleanliness
Along with Security Department, attend traffic violation and accident matters
Ensure vehicle have valid registrations, licenses, etc and are renewed in time
QUALIFICATIONS;
Degree in Logistics or Any related field
At least 4 years industry experience in managing fleet
Outstanding organizational skills.
Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
