LOGISTICS OFFICER
HR World on behalf of our reputable client we are looking for a Logistics Officer who will be responsible for providing logistic support and overseeing the overall logistic processes in support of the Company's objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the planning, oversight, and coordination of logistics support operations to ensure the smooth accomplishment of projects.
Work hand-in-hand with other departments to ensure that communications and safety protocols are followed.
Responsible for prioritizing work orders and organizing tasks based on project deadlines.
Receiving and dispatching goods and verifying movements of stock.
Oversee customer-based queues and plan and allocate tasks to meet configuration requirements.
Responsible for tracking, receiving, and stocking all items ordered
Carry out annual property inventory and provide another report in his/her area of responsibility.
*QUALIFICATIONS*
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration or in a related field.
2 years of working experience in Logistics.
Must be able to plan, prioritize, and manage their own activities and office workflow even when working under tight deadlines.
Understanding of logistics operations and practices.
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Must be willing and able to adapt to changing work requirements and priorities that may require overtime or extended hours.
