MAINTENANCE MANAGERINDUSTRY: REAL ESTATEHR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Manager to oversee all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the company’s facilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for Operations Management, Maintenance, Security and Housekeeping.
Planning and Budgeting
Responsible for short and long-term planning and organizational goals for property maintenance.
Prepares Departmental Forecasts and budgets to control the Payroll and Controllable.
Provides proper guidance to all supervisory personnel in both Instructional and correctional roles.
Develop standards of quality efficiency, and productivity.
Evaluates all department personnel.
Co-ordinate activities with other Property Managers of respective tower to maximize overall revenues and profits.
Manages planned maintenance for all physical facilities and assets.
Guarantees a certain level of service will be maintained consistently.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree in Engineering is required
5 years experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and coaching skills
Detail oriented and organized
Proficient computer skills in spreadsheets; databases and word processing
Self-motivated, results orientated, and excellent personal skills
