Supports the beneficiaries in the program to develop and implementing marketing strategies.
Supports the beneficiaries in tendering process.
Support the beneficiaries in the program in customer acquisition, developing and implementing customer service strategy.
Support the beneficiaries in the program in creating of a web and social media pages and how to operate them.
Assist in industrial attachment, mentorship, and coaching process
Monitoring, evaluation and reporting for both in country and to KCBF
Recruitment of new beneficiaries.
Keeping track of the end-to-end process of the 2jiajiri program in the areas of expertise.
Supporting the beneficiaries in the program to draft comprehensive business plans.
