Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content aligned with the company’s brand voice.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Collaborate with the creative team to design marketing materials (banners, videos, flyers, etc.).
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on marketing metrics.
Support promotional events, partnerships, and community initiatives to grow the Visionary Hive network.
Develop strategies to boost online visibility and audience engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in digital or brand marketing.
Strong understanding of social media, SEO, and online advertising tools.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and branding.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
