Job Summary
The primary objective of the Marketing Officers is to ensure the growth of the company through the development of new business. He/She is responsible for: -Generate new business opportunities to fuel company through the identification of business prospects and qualified leads -Meet or exceed all new business development objectives. -Form strategic accounts and close plans including customer profiles, targeted programs, forecast reports, and action items. -Develop, share, and maintain an in‐depth knowledge of all key competitors.
Job Description
Responsible for securing new customers, maintaining and developing existing accounts. Develop and implement sales plans that provide clearly defined strategies, tactics, and time frames to maximize revenue.
Partner with clients through strategic and consultative sales approach to understand their business priorities, needs and strategies to deliver a value-add business solution.
Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly/monthly sales meetings.
Maintain records of customer details/sales visits.
Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner including following up with clients for outstanding payments supported by the Finance Controller
Education and Experience
Holding a diploma/bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
Excellent communication skills
Experience in customer relationship
Previous experience in sales and marketing
Basic Computer knowledge
Flexibility in working hours
