Education

Master’s degree in a field related to social sciences, economics, statistics and/or management
Registered by a recognized institution as professional in field of specialization



Experience

4 years’ experience with the logical framework approach and other strategic planning approaches
Familiarity with M&E methods and approaches (including quantitative, qualitative and participatory)
Experience in planning and implementation of M&E systems for sector development
Experience in M&E system design and computer data processing skills
Experience in training and capacity building in M&E for development programs
Excellent computer skills, conversant with Microsoft Office packages: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS project etc.
Experience in training/ capacity building in M&E

Analytical, innovative, business oriented
Ability to work and communicate in an international environment and in communities of diverse cultures
Ability to work with multi-disciplinary team and run projects achieve the set goals
Skills in capacity building and transferring skills to local partners at national and local levels
Excellent computer and conversant with Microsoft Office packages

Duty station:

Dodoma / Dar es Salaam

Duration:

12 months (over a period of 36 months) on part-time basis
