About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing M&E systems to track project performance, ensure accountability, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement project-specific M&E frameworks, tools, and indicators.
Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to measure project outcomes.
Prepare timely reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct field visits to monitor project activities and validate data.
Build capacity of staff and partners on M&E practices and reporting requirements.
Ensure compliance with donor requirements and organizational standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of 3 years experience in project management
Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and visualization
Knowledge of donor-funded programs is an added advantage.
