The company is currently looking for a reliable and self-motivated Office Administrator, to join the Vox Minerals’ team in Dar es Salaam and undertake administrative tasks.Reporting Line: Operations ManagerResponsibilitiesWelcome visitors and provide assistance as neededManage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments for senior staffs of the companyCoordinate office activities and operationsSupport budgeting and bookkeeping proceduresCreate and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other dataMaintain stock lists and order office supplies as neededSubmit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assignedRequirementsProven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant roleOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesExcellent organizational and leadership skillsProficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)Strong Attention to DetailStrong Prioritization and Organization SkillsAbility to Handle Confidential InformationPresentation SkillsAbility to MultitaskCustomer-service orientedDiploma/Bachelor degree in business administration or relevant field is preferredQualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantageAll applications should be sent to recruitment@voxminerals.com
