OFFICE MANAGERHR World Limited on behalf of our client we are looking for a Office Manager who will join a small dynamic team, enjoy growth opportunities, and contribute to shaping the company’s administrative strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES;

Administrative Support: Organizing meetings, managing databases, sending out notifications, settingagendas, document processing, email correspondence, and taking minutes.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the office budget, keeping track of expenditures and cost-saving opportunities.
Communications: First point of contact with Internal staff and external stakeholders.
Office Management: Oversee upkeep of physical office space and facilities, including maintenance of equipment, office layout, and safety protocols. Assisting with HR duties: Coordinating employee reviews, onboarding, etc.
Travel and event coordination: Plan and coordinate events and travel for staff.
Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors, service providers, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS;

Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
3-5 years of experience in office management, administrative, or executive support.
Experience with Government and Private sector partnerships & data-driven business development.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent computer skills in business software (Gmail, Google Sheets, and other Enterprise Tools), proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferably with experience in office management software and HR systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, detail-oriented.
