OPERATIONS DEPUTY MANAGERINDUSTRY: AVIATIONHR WORLD LTD on behalf of our reputable client, we're looking to hire Operations Deputy ManagerWho will support the Operations Manager in delivering smooth running of the venue.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
Oversee the successful completion of operations during shifts.
Manage a team of staff members
Communicate efficiently with departments, clients and authorities.
Ensure that the department is running smoothly.
Oversee employee scheduling, control of compliance with established procedures, inspecting equipment, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Work closely with employees and management.
Oversee cooperation between Operations and various departments to help them coordinate with one another.
Involved in Aviation-Security and Ramp-Safety related issues.
QUALIFICATIONS;
Masters in Business Administration
3-4 years of working experience in similar role
Strong capacity to work under pressure; multitasking
Project management skills
Dynamism, proactivity and organizational skill.
Above average skills in MS Office, Software, etc.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Availability to work shift and during weekends
Proficient written and oral communication skills in English
