OPERATIONS MANAGERINDUSTRY: AGRICULTURELOCATION: TABORAHR World on behalf of our client we are looking for Operations Manager who will supervise a medium-sized team, ensuring that daily production activities meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
Oversee daily operations and maintain compliance with quality standards and organic certification requirements.
Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Conduct detailed data analysis to optimize efficiency and identify operational trends.
Implement and refine quality control systems to ensure product reliability and regulatory compliance.
Manage and perform cost-benefit analysis and production forecasting related to production operations.
Lead process improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
Oversee project management, risk management, and technological integration.
Regularly report to senior management on production metrics, operational challenges, and system audits.
QUALIFICATIONS;
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years proven management experience, particularly in systems involving organic production.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, technical proficiency, and a thorough understanding of industry-specific regulations.
