Power Group Technologies Tz Ltd is seeking to hire a talented Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects, site teams, and supervisors simultaneously.
Oversee project planning, budgeting, and resource management.
Set, monitor, and report on KPIs for projects and teams.
Ensure health, safety, and quality compliance in operational environments.

Provide comprehensive reports on operations and projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
A Master's degree or professional certification in Project Management or Operations Management will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 5+ years' experience in operations or project management within a technical/engineering environment.
Proven experience managing multiple projects, site teams, and supervisors simultaneously.
Strong background in project planning, budgeting, and resource management.
Demonstrated ability to set, monitor, and report on KPIs for projects and teams.
Solid understanding of health, safety, and quality compliance in operational environments.
Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
