Operations Manager
Location: Moshi, Kilimanjaro
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily factory operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics
Plan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules to meet targets
Implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Supervise and support team leaders and operational staff
Monitor performance metrics and prepare operational reports
Manage inventory, supply chain coordination, and resource allocation
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
3+ years of experience in operations, business management, or a leadership role.
Industry-specific experience in manufacturing
Required Technical & Soft Skills:
Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management abilities.
Expertise in business process optimization, supply chain management, and resource allocation.
Proficiency in ERP software, CRM tools, and data analytics platforms.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and drive continuous improvement.
