OPERATIONS MANAGER (FMCG)- DAR ES SALAAMHR World Limited on behalf of our reputable client, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager in FMCG Industry
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce & evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management & shipping
Responsible for all aspects of vehicle & heavy equipment rentals
Communicate customer issues with the operations team & devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems & complaints
Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends
Implement new technologies as needed to support marketing and sales teams
Assist marketing teams in determining customer outreach methods
Monitor and assist with customer retention
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience (6 years) in a managerial role
