Parts Logistics Supervisor

HR World Limited, on behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a Parts Logistics Supervisor responsible for ensuring efficient parts procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, and timely parts availability to support aftersales operations.
Responsibilities:
Prepare parts orders and track movement of parts from ordering to delivery.
Ensure timely and accurate parts ordering in line with supplier standards and operational requirements.
Maintain and strengthen effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and clearing agents.
Manage stock ordering and Vehicle Off Road (VOR) parts requests.
Monitor parts availability and minimize lost sales due to stock shortages.
Coordinate stock receiving, stock release, and inventory reconciliation activities.
Organize and support stock-taking exercises and inventory audits.
Ensure damaged parts in transit are properly documented and processed for insurance claims.
Prepare monthly departmental reports, stock reports, and operational reviews.
Monitor lead times and ensure smooth logistics operations for maximum efficiency.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and internal company procedures.
Coordinate consignment documentation for timely customs clearance.
Work closely with workshop and service teams to ensure effective parts supply synchronization.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational guidelines.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in parts logistics, supply chain, inventory, or automotive operations.
Advanced computer skills and proficiency in inventory management systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Customer-oriented with ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
Strong networking, reporting, and coordination skills.
High level of initiative, flexibility, and result orientation.
