Parts Sales Officer
INDUSTRY – AUTOMOTIVE
HR World Ltd on behalf of our client in the Automotive Industry, we are looking for a Parts Salesperson who will be responsible for selling, advising, and providing quality customer service in the sale of automotive spare parts and accessories.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in identifying required parts and provide accurate advice on product availability and compatibility.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and inventory.
Process sales transactions, issue invoices, and ensure proper documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and assist in inventory management.
Ensure timely ordering and restocking of fast-moving spare parts.
Coordinate with the workshop team to provide necessary parts for repair and maintenance work.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
Achieve sales targets by promoting parts and upselling related products.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor pricing, and new automotive technologies.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in spare parts sales or customer service in the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Computer literacy and ability to work with inventory management systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
