POSITION: People and Culture Business Partner
INDUSTRY: Banking
REPORTS TO: Head of People and Culture
JOB LOCATION: Dar es Salaam
JOB PURPOSE
To provide HR solutions to a portfolio of business units and be the principle point of contact for Staff at Head Office for HR related issues.
PREFERRED EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Social Science or any other related field.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE
Ability to handle fairly complex HR projects independently.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
4-5 years experience including in HR Business Partnering
2 years' experience in banking or financial institutions is preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment and Exit Process.
Performance Development.
Business Partnering
Learning and Development/Leadership Accountability Employee Satisfaction
Governance and Control
Employee Relations
KEY COMPETENCIES
Change management skills.
Managing relationships.
Good understanding of Reward and Benefits methodologies.
