Vision Fund Tanzania Microfinance Bank Lid (VFT MFN) formerly known as SEDA is a fast growing and reputable Microfinance Bank (MFB), has a loan book of Tshs. 24 billion and 54,000 customer base, more than 5,000 of them being smallholder farmers. This position is responsible for assisting the Head of People & Culture in facilitating staff compensation and reward system.

Responsibilities:
To ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll
Periodically coordinates the salary survey Administers all staff statutory contributions and deductions and ensures are submitted to the respective institutions, e.g. PAYE, Pension,
Ensures timely and proper management of staff allowances Manages all medical related issues for VFT_MFB staff and their eligible family members
Checks employee personal files and make sure that all the compulsory documents are intact Timely updating of employee records based on changes eg academic qualification, marital status, promotion, transfer, exit, etc
Coordinates the reference and background checks
Education & Special/ Personal Abilities
University degree Human Resources Management, Public Administration or Law from a reputable university.
Minimum of four years’ work experience in the HR department with two years specialized in Compensation and Reward,
Soft Skills
Very good communication and interpersonal skills both Kiswahili and English
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Trustworthiness and willingness to take responsibility
Above average Competence in Microsoft Office applications
